NatRoad maintains a 24 hour helpline service for members. The helpline offers assistance in a wide range of areas, including insurance advice, legal advice, tax advice, on road problems and many other issues. NatRoad also offers members a weekly fax, bringing members up to date on all the latest industry issues, initiatives and developments. We are just a phone call, fax or email away for advice, information and support. A service to help you solve that nagging issue - Do I need to carry a B-Double permit notice in every state? What is the best way to appeal an infringement? Can I make local deliveries with Federal Interstate Registered (FIR's) vehicles? When should I fill out a log book?
