NatRoad is able to provide to members only, assistance on a fee for service basis, for the development and approval of workplace agreements and employment contracts. Initial consultations with members to identify their needs will be free of charge.

- Collective Agreements - Australian Workplace Agreements - Employment Contracts
General information on the different types of employment agreements is available to NatRoad members. In addition we offer a service that will produce legally binding agreements to assist your business. The service can commence with a draft document and move right through to negotiation and certification of the agreements. For a fee estimate please contact the NatRoad office.
- Unfair Dismissals - Termination of Employment
We are able to provide general information to avoid and defend your business against claims for unfair or unlawful dismissals. We can offer timely advice to assist in resolving a claim for unfair, unreasonable termination. If representation is required members will be charged a fee.
- Workers Compensation
We can offer technical advice on this complicated and difficult area of industrial relations. We can assist with interpretation of the legislation, claims procedure and return to work programs.
- Union Negotiations & Industrial Relations Representation
We offer a service based on a realistic approach to negotiation with Employer groups, and Unions to help achieve your goals. We also offer advice on how to manage industrial action brought about by the Union or dispute resolution in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
- Redundancy
We offer a service to assist you in the process of managing redundancies, for example, calculation of entitlement payouts, severance pay etc. We can also assist in the communication process and advice on where to get assistance to employees moving outside of the company.
