Elle has been with the NHVR since 2013, when she started in the PBS team in a newly formed Regulator. Starting as a PBS Facilitator, Elle has worked her way up to now leading the PBS Operations Team. Elle has been one of the founding members of the PBS team, where she played a key role in building and establishing all operational processes and workflows of PBS Operations within the NHVR. Elle has a strong engineering background and an in depth understanding of underlying engineering performance principles of heavy vehicles as well as experience in heavy vehicle simulations. Elle has a passion for the heavy vehicle industry and is committed to improving the safety and productivity of Australia’s heavy vehicle fleet.
