How do I become a member?

Visit our  Membership page and download a membership form, apply online or call us on (02) 6295 3000 to sign-up over the phone.

What is the membership base of NatRoad?

NatRoad represents any truck owners be they Owner Drivers and larger fleet operators across Australia. More than 50% of our membership have two trucks or less.

What does it cost to be a member?

Membership fees are based on the number of trucks you have. The full fee schedule can be found by clicking here Membership Fees – Effective 1 January 2016.

Can I pay my membership by credit card?

Yes. You can pay your membership using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex accepted) when you sign-up online or by calling us on (02) 6295 3000 and we can process it over the phone.

Is membership paid monthly or annually?

Membership is paid annually upfront on the anniversary of your joining.

When are my membership fees due?

Membership fees are due on the anniversary of your joining date. If you are unclear what that date is, please call (02) 6295 3000.

How do I pay my membership fees?

You can pay your membership fees online through the member portal, over the phone by credit card (Visa, Mastercard & Amex are all accepted) or by direct debit using the following details:

What are the benefits of being a member?

We’ve been helping our members stay on the road (and get back on the road) and successfully run their businesses for more than 60 years. And we will keep you moving in the right direction.

If you are an owner driver, small to medium trucking business, a large operator or perhaps your business relies on the success of the trucking industry – then you are eligible to join the only national member organisation for the road transport industry.

What do I get from the partners if I become a member?

We have negotiated a range of partnership deals and discounts on behalf of our members. These deals are based on the buying power of our membership base.

I already have a discount with your partners so what more do I get being a member?

With the collective bargaining power of all our members NatRoad is able to negotiate a bigger discount with partners than you may do individually, particularly if you are a smaller owner driver operation.

How is NatRoad funded?

NatRoad is 100% funded via it’s membership fees and business partnerships. No funding is provided by government or unions.

How is NatRoad different from other road transport associations?

NatRoad has members in every state and territory in Australia making it the only member-based road transport association to fully represent the industry. NatRoad is a member of the Australian Trucking Association which is the peak industry body and works closely will the other member associations on industry matters.

How do I log in to the Members Area?

On the navigation bar to the left you will see “Members Login’. Click on this and you will then need to enter your member number and password. If you have forgotten either of these please call us on (02) 6295 3000 and we will verify your details.

How do I reset my password?

Click on Members Login, put your member number in and then click the ‘reset password’. There you can use either your email address to get a new password sent to you.
