NatRoad is today mourning the loss of long-time member and much loved trucking operator, Jim Pearson Snr. Jim was a well-known, highly respected contributor to the road freight industry.
Mr. Pearson was a cornerstone of the transport industry from almost 70 years ago, since he purchased the Caltex Service Station at Marks Point south of Newcastle before establishing Jim Pearson Transport in 1974.
Our thought and condolences go out to Jim’s family, his wife Marette, as well as his children, grandchildren, and many friends.
