The Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds Foundation (HHTS) was established as a not-for-profit in August 2020 and is raising awareness on mental health and well-being across the road transport, warehouse, and logistics sectors.
HHTS collaborates with organisations such as Lifeline, Black Dog and Beyond Blue to advocate solutions for mental health issues facing the industry.
Long hours, shift work, fatigue, isolation, social disconnection, and potential exposure to trauma and critical incidents are what HHTS view as the most important barriers to mental health.
HHTS is rolling out a three-year roadmap to provide tools and resources in order to build healthier, thriving workplaces.
