Warren Clark, CEO

Warren Clark was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of NatRoad in November 2015.

Warren brings more than 20 years of experience in leading and developing business for emerging companies specializing in the not-for-profit sector. A certified Chartered Accountant, he has held senior positions covering various businesses over the last 14 years.

Warren possesses a strong business and leadership record as CEO and has a deep understanding of the road transport industry in Australia.

Michellé Mabille, Acquisition and Retention Manager

Michellé joined NatRoad in July 2020 as Acquisition and Retention Manager. Michellé is leading the marketing, communications and membership team to develop and deliver a high quality member experience. Prior to joining NatRoad, Michellé held leadership positions in communications and membership at a number of peak body organisations.


Richard Calver, Adviser, Compliance and Workplace Relations

Richard Calver joined NatRoad in September 2016.  He has over 40 years’ experience in the law, having previously conducted his own legal practice, taught law at multiple Australian Universities and held senior roles in government and industry. 

Richard has extensive experience working with industry associations having worked with the Victorian Farmers Federation and the National Farmers Federation and Master Builders Australia.

David Johns, Member Services Officer

David has 20 years’ experience as a human resources and industrial relations practitioner. During this time, he has managed both field and corporate functions and provided pragmatically and commercially focused operational advice to industry. He has built up extensive experience and expertise across all areas of human resources and employment law.

David is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a past President of the Industrial Relations Society of South Australia.

Rhiannon Weir, Executive Assistant

Rhiannon has been with NatRoad for over 6 years. After completing a Bachelor of Communications, she spent her early career working in industry associations in a variety of different roles.

Over the years, Rhiannon has developed a passion for helping members and a belief that industry associations are a vital part of leadership and support in any industry. Today, Rhiannon acts as the executive assistant to NatRoad CEO, Warren Clark.

Gemma Van Dyk, Junior Analyst

Gemma joined NatRoad as Office Assistant after completing a Certificate IV in Human Resources. Gemma brings a wealth of customer care experience and applies her knowledge to support member outcomes within the NatRoad membership team. After learning the ropes and with a passion for a job well done, Gemma enjoys being our Junior Analyst. This role requires her to tackle the reporting and analysis of the membership database and internal IT coordination. 

Gemma is a creative, organized, and a problem solver who lives in the details and is not afraid of technology or learning new programs. 

Suzy Cowie, Executive Assistant

Suzy joined NatRoad early 2020 to act as Executive Assistant to NatRoad CEO, Warren Clark.  Suzy has extensive experience in support, administrative, customer service or front office roles and takes pride in being able to assist others.  Suzy has worked in various organisations, primarily in the private or engineering sector, and has also lived and worked overseas.

Klara Sarnovski, Administration Assistant

Klara joined NatRoad as an Administration Assistant in early 2020. Currently studying International Relations at the Australian National University, Klara is energetic, organised and excited to learn about the Australian road transport industry.
