Warren Clark, CEO
Warren Clark was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of NatRoad in November 2015.
Warren brings more than 20 years of experience in leading and developing business for emerging companies specializing in the not-for-profit sector. A certified Chartered Accountant, he has held senior positions covering various businesses over the last 14 years.
Warren possesses a strong business and leadership record as CEO and has a deep understanding of the road transport industry in Australia.
Paul Reeve, Chief Operating Officer
An experienced C-Level Executive and Tier 1 Management Consultant, Paul Reeve joined NatRoad as the Chief Operating Officer in November 2019.
Paul has over 20 years’ experience as a specialist in business strategy, design and change and has worked across all aspects of business performance including corporate planning and restructures, complex service and digital delivery as well as large-scale organisational and behavioural change programs.
Adept at helping organizations map and realize desired operating states, Paul is essential to driving the strategic direction of the Association and managing partnership alignment with NatRoad’s stakeholders.
Michellé Mabille, Acquisition and Retention Manager
Michellé joined NatRoad in July 2020 as Acquisition and Retention Manager. Michellé is leading the marketing, communications and membership team to develop and deliver a high quality member experience. Prior to joining NatRoad, Michellé held leadership positions in communications and membership at a number of peak body organisations.
Richard Calver, Adviser, Compliance and Workplace Relations
Richard joined NatRoad in September 2016. He has over 40 years’ experience in the law, having previously conducted his own legal practice, taught law at multiple Australian Universities and held senior roles in government and industry.
Richard has extensive experience working with industry associations having worked with the Victorian Farmers Federation and the National Farmers Federation and Master Builders Australia.
David Johns, Member Services Officer
David has 20 years’ experience as a human resources and industrial relations practitioner. During this time, he has managed both field and corporate functions and provided pragmatically and commercially focused operational advice to industry. He has built up extensive experience and expertise across all areas of human resources and employment law.
David is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a past President of the Industrial Relations Society of South Australia.
Rhiannon Weir, Executive Assistant
Rhiannon has been with NatRoad for over 8 years. After completing a Bachelor of Communications, she spent her early career working in industry associations in a variety of different roles.
Over the years, Rhiannon has developed a passion for helping members and a belief that industry associations are a vital part of leadership and support in any industry. Today, Rhiannon acts as the executive assistant to NatRoad CEO, Warren Clark.
Rachael Lopes, Communications Coordinator
Rachael joined NatRoad in November 2020 as the Communications Coordinator and is responsible for creating content and keeping you informed on industry updates and member benefits. Rachael has a Bachelor of Communications and a Diploma of Graphic Design, as well as many years of experience in marketing and communications. She has previously worked in a wide range of industries, from science supplies to cake decorating equipment.
Emma Baldwin, Project Manager
Emma joined Natroad in September 2020 and is responsible for the planning and overseeing of internal projects. She has a Diploma of Management and Team Leadership and is currently completing a Diploma of Project Management. She has extensive experience in management, budgets and sales, customer relations and managed accounts in multiple industries. She now specialises in operations management and project coordination and is excited to bring her passion for projects to NatRoad.
Suzy Cowie, Executive Assistant
Suzy joined NatRoad early 2020 to act as Executive Assistant to NatRoad CEO, Warren Clark. Suzy has extensive experience in support, administrative, customer service or front office roles and takes pride in being able to assist others. Suzy has worked in various organisations, primarily in the private or engineering sector, and has also lived and worked overseas.
Caitlin Riley, Member Services Officer
A customer service expert with extensive experience in recreation and retail, Caitlin is looking forward to getting to know the road transport industry community and providing a positive service experience to NatRoad members. An ardent amateur hockey player and recreation scuba diver, she enjoys hearing about others life experiences and travel stories.
Klara Sarnovski, Administration Assistant
Klara joined NatRoad as an Administration Assistant in early 2020. Currently studying International Relations at the Australian National University, Klara is energetic, organised and excited to learn about the Australian road transport industry.
Amelia McGrath, Administration Assistant
Amelia joined NatRoad in August 2020 as an Administration Assistant. Coming from a background in various customer service roles, she is excited to work closely with members and provide support. She is currently studying a Juris Doctor at the Australian National University.
Aarfa Khan, Administration Assistant
Aarfa joined NatRoad in August 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. Currently a student enrolled in a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and a Bachelor of Finance at the Australian National University, she is passionate about all things data. In her role, Aarfa is keen to apply her number-crunching abilities and Excel skills to solve big picture problems.
Oscar McLoughlin, Administration Assistant
Oscar joined NatRoad in August 2020. He is currently studying Law and International Security Studies at the Australian National University. Oscar has an interest in Administrative Law, supported by experience in customer service and marketing. He is looking forward to applying and developing these skills, whilst expanding his understanding of the road transport industry.
