What is a statement of service?
A Statement of Service is a simple statement which is provided by you as an employer to confirm the employment history and details of a former employee. It is intended to be an accurate record of employment, including the employee’s job title, the period of employment/service and a summary of duties.
A Statement of Service is generally only provided upon request from a departing employee.
