In response to the coronavirus outbreak in Sydney’s Northern Beaches area, anyone travelling into Victoria from New South Wales will now require a permit from 12:01am Saturday 19 December 2020.

The link to the Service Victoria webpage to apply for a permit is https://www.service.vic.gov.au/services/border-permit/home,

Please be aware that at the time of writing this update Service Victoria is working to get the webpage operational and it tells the reader to “Come back at midnight to apply for a permit.”

NatRoad will advise of any border restrictions or pass requirements implemented by other States as soon as we have official confirmation of the details.
