Logistics company Minus 1 is driving its national expansion forward with the addition of two new DAF XG660 prime movers to its fleet. Delivered from Kenworth and DAF Hallam, the new trucks will support Minus 1’s growing operations between Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
Family-run and focused on efficiency, Minus 1 is known for using smart data to improve productivity. Managing Director Billy Barba said the DAF XG660 fits the company’s needs perfectly, delivering excellent fuel economy, strong performance, and safety.
Powered by a 15-litre, 660hp PACCAR MX-15 engine and 16-speed TraXon automated transmission, the trucks are built for heavy loads and long distances. Drivers have praised the XG’s comfort, power, and technology – especially its safety features like adaptive cruise control, wide windscreen, and the corner-view camera that improves visibility.
With its spacious cab, quiet interior, and advanced driver support systems, the XG660 offers a smooth and safe drive. These trucks are more than just a new addition – they represent Minus 1’s ongoing investment in safety, innovation, and long-term growth.
DAF Trucks Australia is proud to support Minus 1 as it takes the next step toward a smarter, more efficient transport future.
